





Wain Kellum
Chief Executive Officer
Wain Kellum brings a solid track record of success and over 25 years of experience to his role as CEO at Omnilink Systems. Most recently, Mr. Kellum served as President and CEO of Trusted Network Technologies (TNT), an innovative security hardware and software company. While at TNT, the company grew revenues rapidly on a comparative basis and repositioned itself as a leading vendor of virtualized security solutions. He also served as CEO of nuBridges, a leading provider of eBusiness Community Management solutions. During his tenure at nuBridges, the company went from a pre-revenue company to a profitable and growing leader in its industry segment. Prior to nuBridges, Mr. Kellum was co-founder, chairman and CEO of Extreme Logic, a professional services firm focused on the development and delivery of Microsoft-enabled IT solutions. In 2001, Microsoft took a preferred equity position in Extreme Logic, and in 2003 the company was acquired by Hewlett-Packard, forming the foundation of HP’s applications solution business in the Americas. Mr. Kellum also gained experience as a business strategist for Dun & Bradstreet Software, as a manufacturing consultant for Ernst & Young, and in sales for Management Science America, Inc. (MSA). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
Keith Landers
Chief Operations Officer
Keith Landers brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience to his role as COO of Omnilink Systems, where he leads the Development and Client Services teams. Previously, he was Vice President of Client Services at Trusted Network Technologies (TNT), where he was responsible for setting the direction and leading opportunities for revenue generation and implementation processes. Prior to TNT, Mr. Landers held a number of executive roles at Coca-Cola, Hewlett Packard and Extreme Logic, including VP of Sales, VP of Consulting, CTO and Head of Application Architecture. At Extreme Logic, he helped grow the organization from $4 million to over $35 million in revenue. After the company was acquired by HP, he became the Director of HP’s North American Enterprise Application Services practice, leading and supporting growth of 200% in two years. In his prior role with Coca-Cola, Mr. Landers rose through the ranks starting in application development to become the head of application development architecture. He has presented at numerous conferences such as those hosted by Gartner, Microsoft, TechLINKS and InformationWeek and has been published and quoted on subjects including SOA, EAI, global development and business intelligence.
Daniel Graff-Radford
Vice President of Judicial Sales
Daniel Graff-Radford leads the sales team that provides Omnilink offender monitoring solutions to federal, state and local agencies as well as to the judicial service provider community. Graff-Radford has authored nationally accepted legislation on the use of GPS to monitor offenders and has helped states and counties adopt best-of-breed technology and policies. As one of the first employees at Omnilink, Graff-Radford also helped form Omnilink’s original business plan. Prior to Omnilink, Graff-Radford was the Vice President at technology services provider The Lanta Group, where he secured and delivered on large contracts with governments and corporations. He also was the co-founder of African Adventures, a multi-national travel firm. Graff-Radford received a degree from Emory University, where he studied Business and Psychology.
Charles Pearson
Vice President of Finance
Bringing more than 15 years of financial management experience to Omnilink, Charles Pearson is responsible for managing the company's finance, human resources and administrative functions. Prior to Omnilink, Mr. Pearson was Regional Controller with MarineMax (NYSE:HZO), where he successfully transformed the accounting and administration department during a period of 40% annual same store growth. He has also served as Controller for Datatrac Corporation, where he was responsible for business and cash flow forecasting, banking and investor relations, and management of the accounting and administrative functions. Mr. Pearson was also VP Finance for Manteca Enterprises, a regional transportation company, until it was successfully sold to CD&L (AMEX:CDV). He was responsible for merger and acquisition decision analysis and due diligence, and during his tenure the company experienced a 400% revenue gain through a combination of acquisitions, mergers and internal growth. Charles holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Steve Hudson
Vice President of Business Development
Steve Hudson is responsible for expanding the global distribution, product portfolio, and capabilities of Omnilink’s solutions through business partnerships with wireless carriers, device manufacturers, systems integrators, independent software vendors and direct enterprise companies. Prior to joining Omnilink, Mr. Hudson spent eight years at Sprint PCS, rising from Senior Financial Analyst to Senior Manager, Strategic Business Development. In this capacity, he supported the emergence of Sprint’s wireless Private Label Services Group and Location Based Services, leading strategy, business case development, and partner pursuit with companies such as Microsoft. Prior to Sprint (PCS), Mr. Hudson started his career in Sales with Sprint Long Distance and then spent 4 years utilizing his carrier knowledge with reseller partners of Sprint and other facility based carriers. He holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and dual bachelor degrees in Business Marketing and Management from Kansas State University.
Yoganand Rajala
Senior Director of Engineering and Co-Founder
Yoganand (Yogi) Rajala is the Senior Director of Engineering and the co-founder of Omnilink Systems. Mr. Rajala has pioneered location-based technology services and leads the engineering team to deliver mission critical solutions to Omnilink’s customers. He has extensive experience in building enterprise and mobile applications using various technologies such as J2EE, J2ME, .Net, Brew and Embedded C. Prior to joining Omnilink, Mr. Rajala worked as consultant for corporations such as Sprint and BellSouth and for Atlanta-based start-ups Visiprise/NetVendor, Omnexus and Mentisys. He has a Masters in Computer Sciences from the Indian Institute of Sciences.
Glenn Bandoly
Manager of Client Services
As Manager of Client Services, Glenn Bandoly brings more than 20 years of management and information technology experience to Omnilink Systems’ Technical Support, Monitoring Services, Product Fulfillment, Infrastructure Technology, and Facility Operations functions. Prior to Omnilink Mr. Bandoly was with PBD Worldwide Fulfillment Services as IT Manager, where he was responsible for the help desk and project management as well as the infrastructure and architecture of network systems and applications. Previously, he was with The Home Depot, where he rose through the ranks from Associate Systems Engineer to Chief Systems Engineer on the Architecture team, a position he held for 5 years. Mr. Bandoly holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Georgia State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
