Omnilink Systems Announces
Appointment of Keith Landers as COO

Strategic operations veteran joins executive team

ATLANTA (November 9, 2007) –Omnilink Systems, a leader in location-based services technology (LBS), today announced the appointment of Keith Landers as Chief Operating Officer. Leading the Development and Client Services teams, Landers will devise and drive operational procedures that support outstanding service for Omnilink's rapidly expanding customer base.

Omnilink's offender monitoring solutions are currently experiencing exponential growth in the judicial field because of their remarkable ability to track offenders where traditional GPS products cannot. Landers will oversee day-to-day operations for the offender monitoring solutions and the newly-launched covert surveillance solution, as well as Omnilink's other commercial offerings.

He holds a distinguished track record of helping to successfully build organizations. Previously, he was Vice President of Client Services at Trusted Network Technologies. Prior to that, Landers held a number of executive roles at Coca-Cola, Hewlett Packard, and Extreme Logic.

He helped grow Extreme Logic from a $4 million organization to one that generated over $50 million in revenue. At HP, he was a Director in North American Enterprise Application Services, helping to grow the practice by over 200% in just two years. During his tenure at Coca-Cola, Landers led application architecture development and implemented a number of processes that streamlined the company's IT efforts.

Behind Omnilink's current and projected growth are several industry-first capabilities that have compelled law enforcement agencies around the country to adopt the company's technology for their offender monitoring programs. It's the only solution equipped with dual cellular and GPS technology that pinpoints offender location when GPS signals typically fade out, for example, inside a building or moving vehicle. With the revolutionary single-unit monitoring device officers can even assign "mobile exclusion zones" that send alerts if offenders get too close to victims or criminal cohorts.

The company's commercial solutions are expected to achieve similar success, with increased market interest in the tracking of Alzheimer's patients, pets, vehicles, and valuable company assets.

"We couldn't have made a better choice for the COO position than Keith. We are continuing on our path to build the clear leader in location-based services, and Keith will implement the operational processes that will allow us to sustain our fast-paced growth. Omnilink needed someone who possesses exceptional breadth of experience and with an impressive 20 years of leading successful growth initiatives, Keith is that person," stated Wain Kellum, Omnilink's CEO.
