E-Tech Award for Innovation in Consumer Applications - Public Safety/Public Services

Atlanta, March 26, 2008–Omnilink Systems (www.omnilinksystems.com) announced today that its FocalPoint™ solution was selected as a finalist in the Third Annual CTIA Emerging Technologies (E-Tech) Awards. The E-Tech Awards program gives industry recognition and acknowledges the best wireless products and services in the areas of Mobile CE (consumer electronics); Consumer Mobile Applications; Enterprise Solutions; Network Infrastructure; Mobile Widgets; and 4G. CTIA WIRELESS 2008® takes place April 1-3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. 

The E-Tech Award Ceremony will take place on the Fashion in Motion stage in the Mobile Entertainment eXpo pavilion of the Las Vegas Convention Center on Wednesday, April 2 at 3:00 PM. A panel of industry analysts, media and technology experts reviewed nearly three hundred submissions from established and emerging companies and judged product entries based on innovation, creativity and vision.
