Kelly Gay
Chief Executive OfficerKelly Gay is the past Chairman, CEO and President of KnowledgeStorm, an online media company providing search, lead generation, and marketing services to global technology organizations. She joined KnowledgeStorm in February 2000, leading the company from start-up to annual sales of $20 million in less than seven years, and from a significant operating loss to profitability. KnowledgeStorm was acquired by TechTarget , a public media company serving the technology industry, in late 2007.
Prior to joining KnowledgeStorm, Kelly led IBM in the entertainment, publishing, printing, advertising, broadcast, cable and sports markets as Vice President of IBM's North American Media and Entertainment division. Under her leadership, this business unit grew to $1.2 billion in sales, with 18% annual growth over a three-year period.
Kelly serves on the boards of directors of the Bank of Atlanta, 1105 Media, ReachForce, Ashworth College, the Board of Directors Network, and the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). She serves the Atlanta technology community through initiatives like the Advanced Technology Development Center CapVenture program. After ten years of board service to the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), she continues to work on the selection committee for the TAG Top 40/Top 10 Innovative Company Competition, the State of the Industry Report, the Georgia Research Alliance/TAG Business Launch, and Connecting Georgia.
Kelly was recognized by Pathbuilders as a 2009 Inspiria Award winner. In 2007, she was named to the BtoB Media Business Who’s Who 100 in Business Publishing and Catalyst’s Top 25 Atlanta Entrepreneurs. Prior to this, Kelly was chosen by Catalyst as one of Atlanta's Top 50 Entrepreneurs in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. She was spotlighted in Atlanta Woman as a Leader to Watch and Business to Business as an Atlanta Diva. She was also recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in the annual Who's Who in Technology for four consecutive years, and was honored with the Atlanta Women’s Foundation Shining Star award for her leadership in the industry and commitment to mentoring women in technology.
Kelly is a magna cum laude graduate of Newcomb College of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
Yoganand Rajala
Chief Technical Officer and Co-FounderYoganand (Yogi) Rajala is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and founder of Omnilink Systems and is responsible for leading the technology vision and direction for Omnilink. Yogi has vast experience and expertise in bringing scalable enterprise mission critical applications to market using a wide range of different technologies. Prior to joining Omnilink, Yogi worked as a consultant for companies such as Sprint and BellSouth and for Atlanta-based start-ups Visiprise/NetVendor, Omnexus and Mentisys. Yogi has extensive experience in various location technologies including GPS based and network based technologies like AFLT, SUPL, A-GPS, EOTD, and AOA.
Charles Pearson
Vice President of FinanceBringing more than 15 years of financial management experience to Omnilink, Charles Pearson is responsible for managing the company's finance, human resources and administrative functions. Prior to Omnilink, Mr. Pearson was Regional Controller with MarineMax (NYSE:HZO), where he successfully transformed the accounting and administration department during a period of 40% annual same store growth. He has also served as Controller for Datatrac Corporation, where he was responsible for business and cash flow forecasting, banking and investor relations, and management of the accounting and administrative functions. Mr. Pearson was also VP Finance for Manteca Enterprises, a regional transportation company, until it was successfully sold to CD&L (AMEX:CDV). He was responsible for merger and acquisition decision analysis and due diligence, and during his tenure the company experienced a 400% revenue gain through a combination of acquisitions, mergers and internal growth. Charles holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Steve Hudson
Vice President of Strategy and Business DevelopmentSteve Hudson has almost twenty years of telecommunications related experience and has been a leading force and thought leader in location based services (LBS). Mr. Hudson authored Sprint’s enterprise LBS business plan and is a frequent speaker at key industry conferences and content contributor for media and analyst briefings. As Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Omnilink, Mr. Hudson is responsible for expanding the global distribution, product portfolio, and capabilities of Omnilink's solutions through business partnerships with wireless carriers, device manufacturers, systems integrators, independent software vendors and direct enterprise companies. Prior to Omnilink, Mr. Hudson joined Sprint PCS at launch, and spent eight years in various management positions; first helping drive the emergence of Sprint's wireless Private Label Services Group, then assuming a Strategic Business Development role over the Location Based Services initiative. Mr. Hudson started his career in Sales with Sprint Long Distance and then ran operations for two start-up resellers and facility-based carriers. He holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and dual bachelor degrees in Business Marketing and Management from Kansas State University.
Daniel Graff-Radford
Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Judicial ServicesDaniel Graff-Radford leads the sales team for Omnilink Systems, as well as service delivery for Omnilink's offender monitoring business. Graff-Radford has led tremendous revenue growth at Omnilink, overseeing customer base growth from dozens to hundreds of organizations using Omnilink's location-based services solution. He has authored nationally accepted legislation on the use of GPS for offender monitoring and has helped states and counties adopt best-of-breed technology and policies. As one of the first employees at Omnilink, Graff-Radford also helped form Omnilink's original business plan. Prior to Omnilink, Graff-Radford was the Vice President at technology services provider, The Lanta Group, where he secured and delivered on large contracts with governments and corporations. He also was the co-founder of African Adventures, a multi-national web-based travel firm. Graff-Radford received a degree from Emory University, where he studied business and psychology.
James Franklin
Vice President of Professional ServicesJames Franklin is responsible for the implementation and customization of Omnilink’s location-based services platform into client enterprises. Prior to joining Omnilink, James was the Southeast Portfolio Director for Avanade (a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft), where he created their Mobility Development Center. Before Avanade, James was the General Manager for HP’s U.S. State Government Consulting business unit. His accomplishments at HP include achieving CMMi level 3 for the U.S. Public Sector Consulting business and significant over-achievement in the State and Local Government business through its establishment as an industry leader in Public Safety solutions and process improvement. James made his way to HP through the acquisition of Extreme Logic where he was the GM for the Mid-Atlantic Region, successfully turned around an underperforming business unit. Additional roles include management consulting on behalf of Price Waterhouse LLC and Oracle Corporation and a self-owned enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation business named Franklin Consulting. James has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
Suzanne Henderson
Vice President of EngineeringWith more than 20 years in the software industry, Suzanne Henderson has a broad range of experience in software engineering and management. In her role as Vice President of Engineering, Suzanne oversees all application development initiatives for Omnilink’s advanced location-based services platform and solutions. Most recently she served as Vice President of Engineering for TerraGo Technologies where she was responsible for product management, development and support. Prior to joining TerraGo, Suzanne led the engineering team for GuardedNet, a venture-backed organization that was ultimately acquired by IBM. She has also served as Vice President of Engineering for Clarus Corporation and has held a variety of technical and management positions with technology leaders including TSW International, Dun & Bradstreet Software and Management Science America (MSA). Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
